能大致理解出fabless semiconductor company的含义：无晶圆生产的半导体厂家。但这个fabless是如何来的？其他的商务模式专有词又该如何讲呢？

google查找了一下，基本汇总如下：

IDM     integrated device manufacturer  集成设备制造商，含有设计、制造，一般公司比较庞大，利润率较高，如Intel, Samsung等。

foundry  代工厂，如台积电，TMSC等，一般主要负责工艺革新。

Fabless   无晶圆半导体设计厂家，
