昨天下午奋战两个半小时，模拟电路课程终于over了。这门课可是耗费了我不少精力，脑细胞都死了一大批。第一节课上，李福乐老师说道：去年Analog Design考试，真正及格的不超过6个。把大家都吓了个半死。每周一次课，教室里挤得满满的，桌椅不够只能坐在走道里。课程内容非常多，整整24章，所以课上老师讲得也很快，每次课讲两章。要想学好只能在课下多下工夫了，不得不说Willy M. C. Sansen的这本书非常好，可就是太耗费精力了，不适合初学。模拟电路设计的方方面面，《Analog Design Essentials》都有涉及，而且每一节内容都有JSSC上的文章作为例子，不像是拉扎维的书，从头到尾推导公式。现在终于完了，本学期的课程只剩下RFIC的两个Project：LNA和PLL，余志平老师给的Deadline是1月21日。卢力每周都催工作总结，我已经连续4周工作总结上只写“复习，准备考试”了。赶快结束吧。

说到昨天的考试，不得不说李福乐老师比较厚道。八道题目都很基本，难度远远低于我的预想，几乎所有我预测的考点都没有考到，譬如Class AB，Translinear Loop，Gain boosting，Noise matching等等。第一题是MOS管参数计算及工作区划分；第二题是差分电路的输入等效噪声计算；第三题是CMFB工作反馈回路计算；第四题是串联-并联负反馈计算；第五题是非线性失真HD2、HD3、IM2、IM3、IP3计算；第六题是开关电容传输函数推导；第七题是Pipeline ADC的GBW和采样频率关系计算；第八题是Flash ADC中电阻Layout受线性梯度匹配误差影响下的DNL和INL计算。总体来说不是很难，但是有些地方容易出错。Anyway，过去了，希望有个好成绩，也不枉我的苦心。
