自我培训计划
0赞最近老板通知我们每个人准备新的一年的自我培训计划，按照他的理解，每个人应该对自己的职业生涯有一定的了解，对自我的培训有更为直接与迫切的需 求。公司内的培训在此不表，偶然间看到SAE工程师协会也会定期举办一些培训，只不过门票是不菲的。在此把一些有意思的整理在这里，望梅止渴吧（请大家不 要去对比SAE China的培训了，太不给力了）。

以上课程均花费不菲，我匆匆浏览一些可能有用的。有闲大家可以根据课程介绍改进自己的知识结构，按照以上的一些内容给自己制定新的一年的培训计划，如果能 让老板支付某些培训，当然求之不得。前段时间，某些其他组同事好像去参加过一个上海举行的SAE培训，倒也是一个不错的学习机会。
最近似乎又回到了知识紧迫期，仔细看了大概对两个岗位SYSTEM ENGINEER和DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER两个岗位的专业技能需求的说明，还有相当的距离，技术之路，道阻且长啊。
