连个时序图也看不懂了(sc1060)

同学在做关于倒车雷达的东西，加了些额外的功能，显示时间、温度，可以语音播报距离，本来一块多一点的语音芯片，因为购买的量少被迫得花费20大洋，黑心的商家啊。芯片国产的sc1060，都没用过，资料奇少无比，除了一个pdf。引脚图如下：两个傻帽对着一个时序图疑惑不已
